Ephesians

In Ephesians 2:14-15, Paul says that Christ has broken down the dividing wall of hostility. Further, he states that Christ destroyed this wall by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances.

In this paper, we examine the following:

  1. What is the dividing wall of hostility?

  2. What is the “law of commandments expressed in ordinances,” whose abolishment led to the destruction of the dividing wall?

  3. What relevance does this have for believers today?
